Lily Han provides consulting services to companies to help develop, review, and refine their strategies for driving growth for mainly technology-enabled companies. Recent projects include advising an urban ride-sharing company on fare setting strategies, providing product feature set recommendation for a social commerce client, and designing the main data structure for a price-tracking company focused on capturing customers preferences and willingness-to-pay.

In the past, Lily worked at Simon-Kucher & Partner, where she provided data-driven strategy recommendations to companies in various industries including software, Internet, real estate, security technology, among others. During this time, Lily led diagnostic projects, provided price increase guidance, trained sales teams, and supplied decision support to business leaders making strategic decisions.

Her prior work experiences include managing sales teams at Groupon in Korea. Lily began her career at Merrill Lynch in equity derivatives origination.

MBA in General Management & Strategy at Dartmouth College Tuck School of Business.

BA in Economics and BS in Hotel Management at Boston University.
